Why do you want to become an admin?: I want to help the community and this server is going to be the first big new server for me since I've gotten my new laptop. I have experience being an admin from games that encouraged paragraph role-plays over small lines so I now what a good reason is for a kill. The ban is only used if they repeatedly do the same mistake. If a new player comes on and try's to kill a player, I'll ask him to stop, If he doesn't I'll kick him, If he comes back and starts again I'll ask him again, If he continues I'll ban him for sixty minutes, If he continues I'll have no choice to ban him for thirty minutes or longer. I want to try and help the players role-play not punish them so they don't learn their lesson. Why do you feel we should pick you over somebody else?: I have a wealth of experience with role-plays and only want the best for other players and role-players. I want to help the players with their role-playing skills so there aren't more of the shoot first ask questions later players. There aren't to many admins on in my time zone so when someone is on causing trouble they always get away with it. We need more or a difference in the time zones of this server and I would like to be one of them. If you don't pick me then you should consider John Mancer as the best choice. How dedicated to 3DSlice are you?: I've been dedicated to all the games before, but most have either been shut down or discontinued by the owner or community. I want to show my dedication by helping the server. To help the server I want to help the new players by showing them how to play and what not to do when playing. I was on quite often on a friends server when he gave me Level 3 Admin. I respected it and used it wisely till the day the server shutdown. Then came Obsidian Conflict back when Sushemsu first launched his server he gave me RCON access and all the bells and whistles. I used that wisely as well till the day the server shutdown.
Why do you want to become an admin?: I am your server nearly every single day to have fun with other people. Then their is always that jackass who comes on and just griefs the entire time. We voteban and then he comes back 30 min later and does it all over again. I kept telling myself he will stop but he just continued. I was hoping for an admin to come on but one never showed up. He had his way when the server emptied.
Why do you feel we should pick you over somebody else?: Unlike most people my age I act alot more mature. Ask some people around who played with me. They think I am a funny son of a bitch. Ultimatly I am more responsible with my powers as well rarely using ban until it is needed and necessary.
How dedicated to 3DSlice are you?: I am on nearly every single day to play with other people or just my friends. We had alot of good times and through thick and thin and stuck to 3dslice for awhile now.

If I were to accept you, tell me how would you carry out your admin tasks on the server: I'd be nice and mature about things. If someone spawn kills and keeps repeating it. A warning. If he persists. Kick. If he keeps going. 10 min ban. While using admin powers I leave it up to the server to tell what I should do. Should I ban this guy? I start a vote and let the server decide. I will be their to keep the peace. That is what an admin does.

If I were to accept you, tell me how would you carry out your admin tasks on the : I would act like an admin should in my opinion, if people get into a fight, be fair, let both sides have their say and deal equal punishment. (If needed) I would act nicely to all players on the and make sure they are happy with what is going on in the server.

Do you have any previous administration/leadership experience and if so, explain where/what/etc: I was an admin on a few friends servers, most of which dont come on steam anymore so i lost track of them, i think some came back but i forgot to re-add, this was on gmod and HL2:DM, other than that i can't really remember any.


Why do you want to become an admin?: Mostly because i see alot of fights in 3DSlice, most of which is when no admins are on is on, i would like to sort this out when it happens because soon after it starts everyone gets pissed off and they start leaving, this happens numerous times during the week, also to help all players happy with the time they spend in the server.

Why do you feel we should pick you over somebody else?: As an admin, i would be nice to all players on the server, make sure they are all happy (aswell as myself) but i will use things like Kick, ban and Mute if neccesary.

How dedicated to 3DSlice are you?: I am on almost every day, it is in my opinion the best server on OC, (not just because of all the useless sounds XD) and all the admins i see are very friendly, though i have only seen Jiggly and John Mancer, this is what encourages me to go on the server aswell as the good maps.

If I were to accept you, tell me how would you carry out your admin tasks on the server: I would approach every situation (Good or bad) in a calm and caring manner, if there is a fight i will listen to everyones side of whatever happened and will judge whether punishment is needed or not, if someone is spamming i will mute them and ask them nicely to stop then un-mute them, if they spam again i will kick them and if they rejoin i will warn them again then if they spam (again..) i will do the same then ban for 5 mins, I will be fair and give people chances.

Some maps don't work when you shoot Jiggly you just fall through the door. Everyone clips into each other when spawning to hell. If 1 song plays and the another one comes on the first song doesn't go away. Falling behind the orange crates means no way out. When shooting Jiggly the combine's start spamming the fire like a bunch of 12 year olds with their heads in their asses and hit random maps.

I need a list of what maps And be more specific. Maps that don't work are due to me mapping at 3am while I should be doing work and making mispellings on the map name.

Actually when no one shoot Jiggly all the maps worked. I remember trying to open GM_Bridge (or whatever the hell it was called) while Jiggly was on his mad rampage in the name of pie and it didn't work. Just fell through the door. But when we didn't shoot Jiggly it worked. Weird.
